Dewayne Hart is a Navy veteran, cybersecurity strategist, author, and speaker with over 20 years of leadership experience across the military, government, and Fortune 500 enterprises. A retired Chief Petty Officer, he served aboard the USS Kearsarge, USS Constellation, USS Enterprise, and USS Spruance, honing leadership under high-pressure conditions and mentoring sailors in resilience and strategic thinking.

Transitioning to cybersecurity, Dewayne has led initiatives in security engineering, vulnerability management, and consulting, helping organizations such as the Department of Veterans Affairs, PwC, Kaiser Permanente, and Wells Fargo reduce risk and strengthen workforce readiness. As Founder and President of SEMAIS, he bridges operational excellence with digital defense, emphasizing people, culture, and leadership as critical to cybersecurity.

He holds certifications including CISSP, CEH, CGRC, CNDA, MCTS, ITIL, and a Master of Science in Information Assurance, reinforcing his expertise in cybersecurity strategy and technology.
